We use only the highest quality natural ingredients in our products. From nourishing vegan plant butters (Mango-Kokum), oils and grass-fed animal tallow to antioxidant-rich extracts and essential oils. Our ingredients are carefully chosen for their skin-loving benefits. We also source our ingredients ethically and sustainably to ensure that our products are not only good for your skin but also good for the planet.

***However, it's important to note that beef tallow, seed butters, oils, bees wax and essential oils may not be suitable for everyone. Some people may experience allergic reactions or breakouts. It's recommended to test it on a small area of skin first.

A lot of love and thought went into choosing each ingredient.  All of the ingredients chosen are non-photo sensitive and are of the lowest comedogenic ratings.  This means they are unlikely to clog pores.  YES!  Use these butters from your HAIR TO your TOES to love every inch of your body.  Our lip love is also great for the cuticles!

WHY BEEF TALLOW ?

Whipped tallow body butters

Research shows:

It can help improve skin softness and elasticity. *Tallow contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), an anti-inflammatory compound that can soothe irritated and inflamed skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. *Antioxidant: Beef tallow is a source of antioxidants, including vitamins A, D, and E, which protect the skin from free radical damage and reduce signs of aging. *Skin barrier protection: Tallow can help strengthen the skin's natural barrier, making it more resistant to environmental stressors such as UV rays and pollution. *Wound healing: Tallow has been traditionally used to promote wound healing due to its antimicrobial and regenerative properties. *Other benefits: Beef tallow is a natural and hypoallergenic ingredient, making it suitable for sensitive skin. 

It is a highly concentrated moisturizer, so only a small amount is needed.

*NOT A FAD!  Tallow has been used in many cultures for centuries for its amazing hydrating properties.

Tallow is shelf stable so no need to refrigerate, just keep it in an airtight container like a mason jar. You can keep grass fed tallow on the kitchen counter for a year. It's easy to scoop at room temperature and hardens in the refrigerator.

MANGO BUTTER

We use the highest quality organic raw mango butter made from the seed of the mango fruit that is available.

Mango butter is known to protect the skin and enhance healing.

This super hydrator creates a protective barrier due to its consistency.  Mango butter is stocked with vitamins, antioxidants, and anti-aging properties.  High in vitamins E, A and phytosterols (anti-inflammatory); skin loving properties that protect and aid in repair.

KOKUM BUTTER

(Comedogenic rating 2)

We use organic raw unrefined Kokum butter of the highest quality available.  Kokum butter is extracted from the seed of the Garcinia tree.

Kokum butter is rich in fatty acids, Vitamin E, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Kokum can act as a natural sunscreen against UV radiation and reduce redness and inflammation with sunburn and promote healing.  Kokum is also known to protect lips from, drying and cracking as well as, prevent and reduce stretchmarks by enhancing elasticity.  Dr. Udbalker reports a reduction in appearance of fine lines and wrinkles due to important emollient properties that help with moisture content.

BEES WAX

We only use organic bee's wax.

Beeswax can be used to hydrate, soothe, and condition the skin. It can also help with acne, eczema, rosacea, and other skin ailments. Beeswax can protect the skin from environmental irritants and harsh weather. It's non-comedogenic, meaning it doesn't block pores, and is beneficial for sensitive and acne-prone skin. **However, beeswax can clog pores, so people with acne-prone skin should consult a doctor or skincare specialist before using it.  Therefore, we only use bee's wax in our LIP LOVE, Puppy Love and Hair Love lines. 

Hair-care Beeswax can nourish, condition, and soften hair, and promote its luster. Medicinally, beeswax can help heal abrasions, burns, scrapes, minor cuts, and wounds. Castor oil has several benefits for the skin, including:  

 Moisturizing: Castor oil is rich in fatty acids, which help to hydrate and moisturize the skin. It can improve skin elasticity and reduce dryness.  Anti-inflammatory: Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties. It can help to soothe irritated skin, reduce redness, and improve conditions like acne and eczema.      Antibacterial: Castor oil has antibacterial properties that can help to fight off skin infections. It can help to prevent the growth of bacteria that cause acne and other skin problems.  Wound healing: Castor oil has been traditionally used to promote wound healing. It can help to stimulate collagen production and reduce scarring. Reducing wrinkles: Castor oil may help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles by improving skin elasticity and hydration. Other benefits:
