Due to the unstable conditions of body butters and tallow in heat we are unable to guarantee the condition of the butter and tallow you receive during shipping.

However, if your product has melted set the product in a cool environment and it will harden.  It is not ruined, just melted.  If you desire, once the product has gelled, you can re-whip.

WE DO NOT do refunds, returns or exchanges.
